Overview of role purpose:       Grow value for Amcor while achieving  best-in-class customer satisfaction     Contribute to the future growth and development of the account to achieve Amcor's commercial objectives in the region     Build strategic relationships with the key account to position Amcor as the preferred business partner     Manage existing contract (s) and support negotiations of future contract(s)     Support calculation of product cost and provide key input for pricing decisions     Act as Amcor conduit & advocate to the customer in support of internal strategic projects (CI, P+, etc)     B. Key Accountabilities:   Key Accountabilities      Key activities Strategy Development          Contribute to the development of strategies to maintain and grow own account in line with the overall Amcor strategy     Understand account economics and impact on the organisation     Ensure the account strategies are in line with overall sales and marketing strategic vision and direction Strategy Deployment / Implementation          Develop an action plan for own account and translate it into concrete actions     Follow-up on the implementation of the action plans in line with sales and marketing policy, procedure and guidelines     Supervise or drive the actions and steer where necessary to ensure achievement of objectives Results Achievement          Sets deadlines and financial targets for account (s)     Controls the achievement of deadlines as well as quantity and quality of deliverables     Manage, supervise or implement the commercial activities for account to meet target     Proactively build on developing account growth     Creates stretch objectives for account(s) in pursuit of out-performance Relationship Management          Build, promote or contribute to the development of relationships with customers, industry sector representatives and other stakeholders     Understand and develop mutually beneficial relationships with key decision makers     Detect and understand account economics, and current / potential issues account is faced with in order to pro-actively determine plans to adapt / respond to their needs in the most efficient way     Collaborate with internal stakeholders, detect and build on sources of synergies Reporting          Provide management with regular status reports on performance versus account plan     Follow up on the achievement of targets against the targeted results     Measure performance results in terms of business revenue Planning          Work collaboratively with customer(s) to understand anticipated future demand requirements and patterns     Provide regular forecast updates to internal stakeholders on anticipated customer demand Negotiation          Determine / manage negotiation process with customers     Anticipate customer requirements and find opportunities to influence their buying behaviour in favour of Amcor     Discuss contract terms for customers with marketing and ensure mutually valuable terms are agreed     Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity Amcor Specialty Cartons - United States is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
