Will work 24 hours per week.
Duties include:
- must have some prior maintenance experience -maintain property grounds daily - housekeeping duties will include all common area cleaning, cleaning of vacant apartments, etc.
-complete all duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- will need to be comfortable working in different work climates outside.
- job will require some lifting.
