Traveler will experience patients from ALL levels of acuity ranging from ICU to MS/Tele.3x12s, Nights, 7p-7aSunday - Tuesday Floating is required when the dept. volume is down.Minimum 2 years experience required. FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK However, travel experience STRONGLY PREFERRED due to type of role.Experience with all patient acuities REQUIRED - MS Tele, Tele, ED holding, Stepdown, PCU Patient Ratios are 1:
6 BLS, ACLS required. EPIC required Stroke Facility experience preferred. Previous Charge RN exp preferred. FloTrac Vigileo monitoring, Tele Monitoring (on unit and remote), Use of rapid response teams Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias IV insulin protocols, Titration of Insulin drops Areterial Line Mgmt, Blood Product Admin, Central line care and mgmt, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, PICC line management, Peripheral Line Care and Mgmt, Accessing Ports CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Chest tubes - Emerson Pleur-evac, HFNC, Interpretation of ABGs, Nasal Canula, Oxugen face maks, Portable oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway mgmg, Tracheostomy Mgmt Heparin protocols, Manage and Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive dips, PCA, Procedural Sedation Admin Ortho trauma, Peripheral nerve block catheyters, Total Joint replacements. Isolation PrecautionsMake sure RN's are aware of unity type and ratios 1:
