The Business Services Coordinator (BSC) is responsible for playing a utility role at the Reidsville office and supporting essential operations and customer experience functions.
The BSC will need to be customer facing and interact with drivers, loaders, and customers daily.
Establishing and maintaining profitable and positive relationships with customers on behalf of the company is critical.
The BSC represents the company with every interaction and will need to exemplify the company's core value of excellent customer service by exceeding the customer's expectations.
The BSC will play an internal support role by taking on additional tasks as time allows, they become proficient in their role, and business demands vary.
Essential Functions Fill Commercial Fuel Customers at Loading Rack Handle incoming calls from all customer types.
Movement of Commercial Fuel Tanks Support REOs Manager with customer communications.
Setup Dealer Sales in dealer portal and customer training.
Handle consigned customer pricing communications Cross train to be backup for customer setup Support Outside Fuel Sales Reps needs Provide conflict resolution for customer issues in a timely manner.
Create customer sales orders when orders are placed via phone, email, or in person.
Respond to customer questions to provide solutions.
Create work orders for our Fuel and Lubricant customers.
Creation and sending of welcome packets to new customers.
Assist walk in customers.
Manages phone system; communicates with IT on any issues.
Liaison between Sales / Operations and Sales / Customer and collaborate as needed Special projects - cleanup and maintenance of BookWorks.
