Reidsville, NC Reidsville, NC Full-time Full-time From $15 an hour From $15 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago We are looking for a prudent property manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing activities under the supervision of the District Manager.
This is a 40 hr.
per week position.
Work hours are from Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm.
Responsibilities Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property Communications and follow-ups with tenants through the tenant portal Property Inspections Walking vacancies - communications with Vendors/staff Picking up trash Cleaning office and common area Check and respond to emails Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Follow and adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations Skills Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Property management experience preferred but not required Job Type:
