The successful candidate will have a current HRCI or SHRM certificate.
The applicant will also have a business or human services related degree.
For this role we are looking for someone with at least 7 years HR experience who has some experience working in a leadership HR role.
This position assures that the policies and procedures of ADTS represent actual daily practices, meet programmatic and regulatory needs and are carried out appropriately.
The Director of HR provides consultation to staff and agency leadership in implementing policies and procedures.
Leading a team of two HR professionals, this position has oversight for staff recruitment and retention, employee relations, payroll and compensation, policies and procedures, incident reporting, workers' compensation and risk management, training and development, records management, compliance, and benefits administration.
The successful applicant will sit on our ADTS leadership and QM teams and participate in various committee and Board meetings as required.
Work week = minimum 37.
5 hours.
