Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving their inquiries and issues professionally Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance as required Collecting and entering customer data into relevant systems accurately and efficiently Ensuring that all customer data is properly verified and documented Managing a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures Multi-tasking and moving from one task to another with little supervision Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company Requirements:
