Local church seeks motivated, efficient Administrative Assitant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the congregation and pastor including:
reception, managing calendars, preparing documents, financial reconciliation, and other related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office Greet and assist guests Answer and direct phone calls Maintain filing systems Schedule appointments and meetings Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Financial Secretary for Congregation and Scholarship Ministry Job Type:
