Talent Pool - Administrative & Clerical This position will provide secretarial and administrative support to the department to which the position is assigned.
This position requires strong organizational skills in order to multi-task and prioritize assignments and requests, professionalism and effective customer service when interacting with leaders in the organization, as well as internal and external customers.
This position requires confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Provides customer support via face-to-face, phone and email in a friendly, cordial manner.
Maintains and coordinates schedules and appointments efficiently.
Prepares reports, tables, spreadsheets and requests specific to departmental needs in a timely manner.
Prioritizes incoming/outgoing mail, faxes and other correspondence.
Maintains files and records, including financial data as requested in department.
Maintains office supplies.
Maintains systems/databases (Kronos, Lawson, Cone HealthLink).
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required Associates - Preferred Bachelors - referred
Experience:
2-4 years of administrative experience with a High School Diploma - Required 2-3 years of administrative experience with an Associate Degree - Required 1-2 years of administrative experience with a Bachelor's Degree - Required Healthcare experience preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED:
MOSES H.
CONE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT ONLY:
Notary Public required or must obtain within 90 days of date of hire.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
